Built by an advisor, for advisors.
Arrivals started as Sherry’s answer to a problem every independent advisor knows: commission you’ve earned, paid by dozens of suppliers on their own schedules, and nobody keeping track of it but you.
- 01
The spreadsheet
Every booking typed in by hand, with a column for “paid?” that was never quite up to date.
- 02
The gaps
A payment that never came. A short one nobody noticed. Every January, the year rebuilt from invoices.
- 03
The tool
Arrivals: every booking’s expected pay date, a chase list that builds itself, and year-end numbers ready for the accountant.
I’m Sherry. I’m a travel advisor in Sherwood Park, Alberta, and I book under a host like most independent advisors do.
My commissions come from dozens of suppliers, each paying on its own schedule, and then through my host’s split. For a long time I kept track in a spreadsheet. It worked until it didn’t: a payment that never came, a short one I didn’t notice, and every January spent rebuilding the year from invoices.
So I built the tool I wanted. Arrivals is what I use to run my own business.
If that sounds familiar, Arrivals was built for you.
Three promises we build around.
