How it works

Five minutes to set up. Then it runs itself.

You add bookings as you make them. Arrivals takes care of the waiting, the checking and the counting.

Step 1 of 5

Set up once

Enter your province and whether you’re registered for GST/HST, then add your host agency and its commission split (and a second host if you have one). It takes about five minutes.

  • Arrivals fills in the tax rate for your province
  • One host or more, each with its own split
  • Registered for GST/HST? Arrivals shows the tax to set aside. Not registered (you don’t have to be under $30,000 a year)? It sets nothing aside.
Step 2 of 5

Add each booking

Upload the supplier invoice, type the booking in, or import an Expedia report. Arrivals shows you what it read, and nothing is saved until you confirm it.

  • Upload, type, or import
  • Check every number before it saves
  • The invoice stays with the booking
Step 3 of 5

Watch it arrive

Every booking gets an expected pay date based on how that supplier usually pays. The dashboard adds them up by month, so you can see what’s coming.

  • An expected pay date for every booking
  • Totals by month
  • Every figure shows how it was worked out
Step 4 of 5

Chase what’s late

Anything that passes its expected date with money still owing goes on the chase list. When the payment arrives, record it and the booking closes.

  • Overdue commissions appear automatically
  • Short payments are flagged
  • One click writes the follow-up email
  • Record the payment and it’s done
Step 5 of 5

Close the year

In January, open the year-end report. What you received, the GST/HST in it, and the lines for your T2125 (the business income form for your tax return) are already totalled.

  • Counted by the date the money arrived
  • Lines 3A, 3B and 8000
  • A CSV for your accountant
A commission’s life

Every booking goes through the same four stages.

Some land in full. Some come in short. Some run late, and some are cancelled and clawed back. Arrivals tracks each one until it’s closed.

Stop wondering where your commission is.

$15 a month or $150 a year, cancel any time.
