Your book of business stays yours.
Arrivals holds your client names and your income, so it has to be careful with both. Here’s what that means in practice.
What we store
Your bookings, the client names on them, commission amounts and the supplier invoices you upload. That’s all Arrivals needs to do its job.
Your data is walled off
Every record belongs to one advisor’s account, and the database itself refuses to connect one advisor’s data to another’s. That’s enforced beneath the app, not just by it.
Encrypted, in transit and at rest
Everything is encrypted on its way between you and Arrivals, and encrypted again where it’s stored. That includes your bookings, your client names and every invoice you upload.
Backed up, and restorable
Your data is backed up continuously, so we can restore it to any point in the last 7 days. A separate copy is taken every night and kept for 30 days.
Where your data lives
Arrivals runs on Render and Neon in the United States (Oregon), and invoice files are stored with Cloudflare in North America. Canadian privacy law allows this. We tell you up front because Alberta’s privacy law asks us to.
Signing in
You sign in with your email and a password of at least 10 characters. Turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app, and your password alone won’t get anyone in.
You stay in control
We don’t contact your clients, suppliers or host, and we never sell or share your data. Export everything as CSV whenever you like. Delete your account and your data is permanently deleted, and it’s gone from our backups within 30 days.
The privacy law we follow
Arrivals is an Alberta business and follows Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act. If a breach ever put you at real risk of harm, we would report it to Alberta’s Information and Privacy Commissioner and tell you directly. Questions go to our Privacy Officer at privacy@arrivalshq.com.
We help with the math, your accountant decides
Arrivals calculates set-asides and T2125 lines to help you, and we say so on every figure. Your accountant has the final word.
